[News] CNBLUE sells out Seoul Concert in 10 Mins + To make a comeback in January

Korean idol band CNBLUE has sold out their fourth exclusive concert opening in Seoul.

It took only ten minutes for the “Have a good night” singers to sell out the entire 8,000 “2012 CNBLUE LIVE BLUE NIGHT IN SEOUL” tickets on Tuesday, according to FNC Entertainment’s statement Wednesday.

“BLUE NIGHT’ will be an opportunity for the members to look back on their 2012 activities and repay for their fans’ love,” an official from FNC was quoted as saying.

The forthcoming concert, featuring CNBLUE’s hit song parade and rocking performance, is set to open at the Handball Stadium in Seoul’s Olympic Park on December 15 and 16.

Meanwhile, the four-member band is gearing up to reveal their new album next January, the officials added.

[News + Photos] CNBLUE Performs at ‘Music Bank in Chile’ with 10,000 Fans

CNBLUE heated up the stage at the “Music Bank in Chile” performance.

On November 2, CNBLUE performed at the KBS ”Music Bank in Chile” special episode at the Quinta Vergara in front of 10,000 fans. They sang many of their hit songs such as “Loner” and “LOVE.” They showed off their powerful stage presence to their fans in Chile. Even after the performance, fans followed CNBLUE everywhere they could, from their hotel to restaurants, showing their popularity.

CNBLUE commented, “It took us over 30 hours to arrive here in Chile, but after seeing all our fans and their support, all our tiredness went away. Since it was our first time here, we did not expect many fans. It was so nice to meet all our fans in chile and we would love to come back if we had another chance. The people and the scenery of Chile was so wonderful. It will always be a great memory for us.”

CNBLUE and other K-Pop artists performed at the KBS “Music Bank in Chile” stage and will air on December 8.

[News|Info] “Acoustic” to be shown at the London Korean Film Festival 2012

The omnibus film is a staple in the East Asian film industry with Acoustic tackling a number of different genres but still keeping music at its heart. Starring Shin Sekyung, CNBLUE Lee Jonghyun and Kang Minhyuk, 2AM Im Seulong and also Baek Jinhee, ACOUSTIC will join a list of other Korean films at the 7th edition of London Korean Film Festival (LKFF).

Episode 1.
Broccoli sees a female, singer-songwriter Se-gyeong who suffers from a rare disease were she can only survive on ramen noodles. She is rejected by all the record labels and must decide what her last song will be.

Episode 2.
Bakery Attack is based on the short story by Haruki Murakami and sees two starving musicians looking to sell their guitars but instead they are re-inspired by a local baker. Sung-won and Hae-won, the guitarist and drummer of a poor rock band, can’t live without music. However, their precious guitar is stolen, and while they suspect the bakery owner as the thief, his identity is revealed and the music god sleeping inside these two youngsters awakens.

Episode 3.
Unlock is set in a future where music has ceased to exist and sound is used as a woman. A couple set about to access an iPhone, now an old relic, yet still holds music inside which holds sentimental value. Sometime in the future where sound becomes a weapon and music has vanished, an off-the-wall young girl named Jin-hee uses a broken earphone as a mirror. One day, her arm gets hurt by a baseball thrown by a boy named Ji-hoo. Ji-hoo, who is busy trying to fix Jin-hee’s arm, finally tries to sell the earphone. But Jin-hee won’t let him sell it since it is the only link to the faint memories of her childhood. The encounter between Jin-hee, who desperately wants to listen to music, and Ji-hoo, who doesn’t know anything about music, brings light to an off-the-wall love story. JungShin: I’ll make an effort to settle it as soon as possible, then sleep.
JongHyun: Sleep.
YongHwa: Listen to music, or sleep.
MinHyuk: Listen to music.

Q: Do you have anything you want to challenge that you have not done so far?

JungShin: I want to do things I can.
JongHyun: I’m in the mid of challenging.

JungShin: Now, when I yawn, tears comes out.

JungShin: Either, eat delicious food or sleep.
