[Photos] CNBLUE dazzles at the Korean Popular Culture and Arts Award

The Korean Popular Culture and Arts Award was held at Olympic Hall Music Concert yesterday to celebrate and recognize the success of Korean most outstanding popular culture and arts achievers throughout the whole year.
